RNG-2000

A little tool that randomly displays CSV data in a very flashy way, made with Game Maker Studio 2.

Start, load up a valid CSV file and hit space; hit [Esc] to quit.

Since Version 1.2.0.0 it will also silently try to write an HTML file (by default to F:\now-playing.html), that's intended to be shown by a browser source in OBS. The template HTML can be found in RNG-2000’s "Templates" folder.
