Screen Melter

Have you ever wanted to create your own DOOM-like screen-wipe transitions? Well now you can with Screen Melter™!

Features

• Simple Drag-and-Drop of image files
• Supported image formats: PNG, JPEG, TIFF, TGA, GIF, and possible BMP
• Change settings such as stripe size, stripe delay and stripe step offset
• Export your wipe as PNG image sequence with transparency
• Allows you to create a UV map with custom dimensions and create a melt from that

Keyboard Shortcuts:

• O - Open Image File
• S - Settings
• R - Render image sequence
• Space - Play/pause current melt
• Enter - Play current melt from the top
• F5 - Shuffle stripes
• Tab - Toggle HUD display
• Esc - Abort current export
• Ctrl+Q - Quit

Known Issues

• When you move the mouse pointer across the preview window, smaller animations play super fast
• When toggling the HUD after a melt has finished playing, it will add one additional frame in the counter.
• Entering values in the FPS input in the settings is super annoying, please paste values or use the spinner.
